Rigging & Load Engineering

Our rigging specialists work directly with your engineering team to develop a lift and load plan for each piece of cargo. We calculate center of gravity, design custom cribbing and blocking, specify chain and strap configurations, and document every step for compliance and liability purposes. For extremely complex loads, we work with third-party rigging engineers to certify load plans.

HAZMAT Capabilities

STX employs HAZMAT-certified drivers for loads classified under DOT hazardous materials regulations. We manage all required shipping documentation (bills of lading, SDS, emergency response guides), proper placarding, and route compliance. We transport Classes 2–9 hazardous materials across all 48 contiguous states.

Insurance & Documentation

We carry comprehensive cargo insurance and can arrange additional coverage for high-value shipments. All specialized freight moves include detailed pre-trip and post-trip condition documentation, photo records, and a signed bill of lading. Certificate of insurance available on request for your project requirements.
